Hello everybody,

Please, read carefully this mail until the end, all the answers to your questions are included!!!

The 10th Festival Passo à Frente will start in a few days, so here’s a little list of things you should keep in mind:

• We will get together for a big roda on Thursday April 30th, at 7pm, PLACE DE LA REPUBLIQUE (metro lines 3, 5, 8, 9) Please come wearing a WHITE abada and a WHITE T-shirt. White clothes will also be required for the batizado roda on Sunday May 3rd.

• After the opening roda on Thursday, a bus will take you to the place where the festival takes place. We will ask you a contribution of 2€. It will be late at your arrival in Yerres and there will be no food available there. Please, think of bringing something to eat after the roda ! And bring all your stuff with you, you will not be back to Paris before the end of the event !

• Bring your sleeping bag and anything else you need for sleeping comfort.

• Bring as little valuables possible… we cannot be held responsible for the loss of any of your personal stuff.

• For those who are arriving on Friday or Saturday, please try to come with a group at the train station Villeneuve Saint Georges (RER D). When you get to the station, call Roger + 33 6 11 02 36 52 Armelle + 33 6 59 21 10 00 or Mirela + 33 6 10 25 02 57. Take the exit on the parking side, close to the river Seine.

• Food and water are included in the price of the Festival, but other drinks are not. Here are the prices:
  Soft drinks : 1€
  Beer : 2.50€
  Caipirinha : 3€

There are no ATM (cash machines) close by to the gymnasium, and please try to bring change!

*The show will be on Saturday May 2nd at 8.30 PM at théâtre municipal – Espace René Fallet, 29 avenue Jean Jaurès 91560 Crosne. Family and friends are most welcome! Fees for those who don’t take part in the festival: 5 €.
* The festival will end on May 4th evening. But we will sleep at the gymnasium on sunday night too. We should leave the gymnasium on Monday 4th 12 noon.
